Why do they test it at 12:45 am when I'm watching a commercial for Monster Ballads on Comedy Central? Why can't I listen to uninterrupted snippets of cheesy power ballads?

Walking in on your mother watching "101 Sexiest Bodies" on E! with the sound turned off.
