More Thoughts on the Emergency Broadcast System
Why do they test it at 12:45 am when I'm watching a commercial for Monster Ballads on Comedy Central? Why can't I listen to uninterrupted snippets of cheesy power ballads?

Now that is just disturbing. Why couldn't they test it during the 85 other horrid commercials that they play twenty times throughout any given day being that it is so rare that you get to hear a good commercial full of the best of the 80's hair bands. What is this world coming to?

The thing is, they want to get you at your happiest, most relaxed state. That way, they can really gauge the effectiveness of their alert system. Get it??

Also, why does Comedy Central air 20+ ads for Girls Gone Wild to every ad for Guys Gone Wild? Don't they know that unemployed women watch late night TV too?
